Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 應用統計與資料科學學系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of the study is to conduct a research about there was spatial association of National Health Expenditure (NHE) for the senior citizen or not in Taiwan between 2009 to 2014, knowing that there was any gap between city and country and improving the uneven distribution of medical resources by giving suggestion. By using the survey of “Family Income and Expenditure” form Survey Research Data Archive (SRDA), this study aims to explore there was spatial association of National Health Expenditure (NHE) or not in Taiwan. Methods used to analyze collected data included global spatial correlation (Moran Index) and regional spatial correlation (Local Indicators of Spatial Association-LISA). Finally, we looked some evidence material for proving the results. The results of the study summarized as follows: (a) the variable of significant spatial association in Taiwan : Total of National Health Insurance Expenditure、Cure to Protect the Service and Health Insurance;(b) the hot spot of significant cities were more than half in North Taiwan.
