Researcher took different international versions of SE concepts for references; furthermore, main points of SE of Health and physical education & key themes of Gender Equity Education in 12-year Basic Education are included as well. Compiling questionnaire is based on AHP theory. The subjects of the study are both junior high school teachers and parents. Eventually, this study used AHP as a computational modeling technique to analyze the perceptual differences between junior high school teachers and parents. Conclusions are following: three themes and seventeen concepts on SE are integrated, the priority of themes and concepts are different between teacher’s group and parent’s group, and teachers and parents share a common view on some sexuality education concepts.
