Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 106 === The main purpose of this study is to use COR theory and Stress and Coping theory to hypothesize whether abusive supervision influences prosocial voice and silence. Moreover, the study also includes moderator of psychological capital to hypothesize whether interactional justice become mediator or not. We used paired survey approach of questionnaires, and the 212 valid questionnaires were returned. The research data was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS statistical software. Results support that abusive supervision influences prosocial voice and silence when Interactional Justice become mediator. In addition, the results also support mediator of psychological capital can weaken the influences between abusive supervision and prosocial voice and silence. Also, the study support that the interaction between psychological capital and abusive supervision generates a moderating mediating effect through interactional justice on the relation of prosocial voice and silence. Finally, the finding of this study will offer further references and provide some future research directions.
