With the environment change, in addition to provide multiple teachings, preschool teachers also have to deal with early childhood care and administrative work, due to the work complicated, they have to adjust the pressure along with the work and mission to lead high quality teaching.
This study is to explore the preschool teachers in Tainan City, their differences between work pressure, leisure need and leisure participations
It uses questionnaire collected from preschool teachers in public preschool from Tainan City in 2018 academic year and with self-edit “Questionnaire of Tainan City preschool teachers’ work pressure, leisure need and leisure participation” as a study tool. The data collected is analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, analysis of variance, and Pearson product-moment correlation the data collected analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, analysis of variance, and Pearson product-moment correlation.
According to the correlation research, the feelings of preschool insured staff in Tainan City are generally moderate, and the participation in various leisure types of leisure activities in the demand for leisure is moderate or above. "Leisure type", "Social type" and "Hobby type" activities. The leisure needs of the education staff are significantly higher than the leisure participation, that is, the actual leisure activities of the education staff are significantly lower than the expectations of their leisure activities. The study also shows that when the preschool security staff work pressure, the leisure demand situation is significantly improved, and the high correlation coefficient between leisure demand and participation shows that the corresponding leisure demand and participation are consistent with each other. That is to say, the more active pre-school security staff are involved in leisure activities, the more they can alleviate the work pressure of the teaching staff, and help to improve the work efficiency of the pre-school security staff.
