Summary: | 碩士 === 康寧大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 106 === This study explores the research on the relationship between the principal’s leadership style and teachers’ job satisfaction in the rural area. The study explores the relationship between the principal’s leadership style and teachers’ job satisfaction from the perspective of teachers. This study gathers together the relevant literature on metamorphosis and conducts relevant research. For domestic users, a questionnaire survey is conducted using stratified sampling methods. A total of 113 valid questionnaires are collected, and SPSS statistical software is used to analyze the sample composition, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1 "Interpersonal Relationship Model," "Open System Model," "Rational Target Model," and "Internal Process Model." have positive relationships with job satisfaction. 2 Personal background variables have no significant differences in perception of leadership style. 3. Personal background variables have no significant differences in perception of job satisfaction. The principals can focus on leadership styles such as the "Interpersonal Relationship Model," "Open System Model," "Rational Target Model," and "Internal Process Model."
