碩士 === 康寧大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 106 === The purpose of the study was to assess the relationship of group cohesiveness and participated motivation of high school baseball players as well the other disguised associations. The high school baseball players who have participated High School Baseball Championship (Wooden Bat Group) of 2017 Academic Year are my targets, using the questionare to do the research.Toatally I handed out 320 pieces of paper, got back 308 pieces, the effective reponse rate is 93.31 %. By using descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's method, multiple regression analysis and more statistics ways to analysis imformations. We can see the factor to influence high school baseball players` group cohesiveness, included teamworks, human affinity, team adaptation, interpersonal attraction. The reason of participated motivation include demand for skill, goal achievement, demand for success after analyzing we can found out that: 1. There seems no apparently relate between high school baseball players grade, time of training, their sport age and the group cohesiveness. 2. There seems no apparently relate between high school baseball players grade, time of training、their sport age and the participated motivation. 3. Group cohesiveness and participated motivation have apparently interrelated. The result of this research wish can be a reference for the schools are recuriting students and the basic coaches are training the players in the future.
