The method of questionnaire survey is adopted in this research. The statistic population is the parents of the Nantou County kindergarten tour counseling class in the 107th academic year. The effective 360 samples are the kindergarteners’ parents. The analyses of samples are carried out on the basis of Independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results are as follows: parents’ sense of the connotation of toys is moderately recognized, and parents participation in supporting use is moderate support. The research analyses reveal partia significant differences of parents with different background presented on the connotation of toys and parents participation in supporting use. There is a noticeable correlation between “the connotation of toys” and “parents participation in supporting use”. Parents with the higher perceptions of the connotation of toys have better attitude towards parents participation in supporting use. There is the notable prediction from the connotation of toys to parents participation in supporting use. The factors, “The meaning of toys”, in the connotation of toys are the main predictors to parents participation in supporting use. Finally, the recommendations of management are made to kindergarten education staff, patrol assistants, administrative staff, toy manufacturers and toy design companies, agents and parents for reference.
