With the social change that the family size has become small and the development of nutrition education has been noticed, more and more postpartum women now aware the importance of health postpartum nutrition in order to recovery soon and get back to their workplace. Therefore, postpartum time is seen to be the most important process and period during woman’s lifetime. This research will focus on the postpartum nourishment diet of women in Taiwan and will discuss the advantages and drawbacks of traditional postpartum nutrition. It deals with the nutrition and prohibit of the diets and will make twenty dishes for four different stages of postpartum times. The source of the materials within the nourishment diet will be stated clearly and each cooking procedure will be explained clearly with photos. This research will adopt healthy cooking concepts to make delicious and enjoyable postpartum nourishment diets. The purpose of this study is to offer clearly cooking ways for preparing postpartum diets. The emphasis of this research is on the use of natural ingredients and the flavoring ingredients of medicinal materials. Meanwhile, natural and healthy flavor cooking methods will be used to create natural and delicious postpartum diets in order to provide clear ways to make postpartum nourishment diets for the ones who need it and contribute to the future development of the industry.
