In order to respond this situation, the government decided to increase the quota of lawyer. Unfortunately, another problem comes behind – the over-saturation of the number of lawyers. Years ago, we have already faced the similar situation. A lot of universities founded education department in a very short time, the consequence is that we have STRAY TEACHERS. If we just go on without taking any other means, it is not surprised that we will have STRAY LAWYERS in the near future. Take Taichung as an example, several law firms existed already. Recently, more lawyers come to Taichung to take the job opportunity. When our population is not changing but the number of lawyers is increasing, how do we deal with this serious career problem? (When the demand is not increasing but our number of lawyers grows up so quickly, how do we deal with this serious career problem?) The study has depth interviews with our case and their comparison object and our intention is to make them more competitive , we realized that their original business model is self-employed SOHO. And after the literature review and the conversation, we suggest they can change the business model to entrepreneurial SOHO. In this case, they can make their value more prominent. We listed the SWOT analysis of “when the law firm uses entrepreneurial SOHO business model” and also using SWOT strategy selection table and SWOT bsc-balanced scorecard to create some strategies for our case so they can apply in the future. Furthermore, since our case is self-employed SOHO, he or she may face another uncertain factor of hiring new employees. Thus, we designed a Service Blueprinting for our case to avoid the conflict between the employees and the clients which may cause the loss for the whole company. Lawyer is no longer an enviable career like before. Twenty years ago, it cost at least NT 5,000 just for seeking advice from lawyer. But now, most of the consultancy is for free in order to make the clients seeing the ability of lawyer and commission the case. The era of case finding lawyer is over, under the current policy and environment, lawyers have to find the case by their own selves to remain the income steadily. By facing this severe environment, the study suggests the lawyer to enhance their expertise and the service. In this way, client will have a better consumer experience. The professional law expertise plus comfortable service will be the key to save their clients. Liu, Z-John 劉自強 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 50 zh-TW
