In the first half of 2017, Qualcomm processor ranked first place with the 42% market share of Central Processing Unit (CPU) of smartphone. This paper indicates smartphone’s basic structure, production process and testing process. Based on Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 821 processors and Radio Frequency software QUALCOMM Radio Control Tool, to set and measure by equipment Agilent 8960 with different frequencies. A standardized analytical method is established for improving production yield and production cost would therefore be decreased.
