Targeted at C vocational high school in New Taipei City, this study adopted a questionnaire survey. Among 298 copies of the questionnaire, 232 are valid (effectiveness: 77.9%). Based on the data analyses, two major findings are addressed as follows: One is the teacher-student relationship has a significant positive influence on students' intrinsic learning motivation and the other is the teacher-student relationship has a significant positive influence on students' learning motivation.
