Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 106 === This study aims to use teachers' transformational leadership to establish the relationship between students and teachers and improve the learning motivation for high school students. Targeted at C vocational high school in New Taipei City, this study adopted a questionnaire survey. Among 298 copies of the questionnaire, 232 are valid (effectiveness: 77.9%). Based on the data analyses, two major findings are addressed as follows: One is the teacher-student relationship has a significant positive influence on students' intrinsic learning motivation and the other is the teacher-student relationship has a significant positive influence on students' learning motivation. Finally, Implication and suggestion are discussed in the study as well.
