For automobile industry, due to its fierce nature in competitive environment, eco-innovation becomes a critical attribute in differentiation for sustainable business, especially in product-service system. However, the literature has not thoroughly examined the role of eco-innovation and the importance-performance level among attributes in Product-service system. This research adopts fuzzy Delphi method and fuzzy importance-performance analysis to provide a clearer picture among aspects and criteria that assists firm in decision-making. The research results concluded that customer relationship, and eco-innovation development are the most important aspects for product-service system, however, the performance of customer relationship is not caught up its importance. Toward practicing in automobile industry, this research indicated that to success in building product-service system, firms should follow in result-orientated, focus on product dematerialization, modification and upgrading services activities, and deal with environment impacts in order to support eco-innovation in fostering changes in product-service system strategy, and structure when necessary.
