Use this same material can be used as the next paper analysis material, these C218 V30 and C218 V50 material to discuss the pressure, packet, warpage,-sew, flow balance, gate stress and product stress, as this study analysis focuses on. By moldex3d simulation analysis results can be effectively predict a different materials are connected to the defective, reduce on-site production costs, reduce product development time and increase reliability, expect to reduce product commoditization price and product strength.
