This study used questionnaires to A logistics department in the south of Taiwan employees as objects, issued a total of 280 questionnaires, 280 parts, 14 parts to remove the invalid questionnaires, a total of 266 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 95%. The resulting survey data were analyzed using SPSS statistical method, which includes project analysis, reliability analysis, structural analysis of samples, descriptive statistical analysis, multivariate regression analysis. The study hypothesis testing results are summarized as follows: (A) personality traits have a significant positive impact on job stress; (B) personality traits have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction; (C) job stress have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction; (D) job stress have significant positive impact on job satisfaction by personality traits. Based on the results of this study for practical application and propose future research related to the specific recommendations and practices provided A logistics department in the south of Taiwan industry, researchers and the subsequent reference, and as a basis for promotion of staff job performance.
