Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 資訊科技應用研究所 === 106 === The emergency situation at the disaster site is numerous and unpredictable. As a result, many firefighters in Taiwan have lost their lives in disaster relief in recent years. For example, the Kaohsiung gas explosion in 2014 caused serious casualties. If disaster relief robots can be used to detect hazardous gases at the disaster site and grasp the scope and extent of the hazards, the disaster detection results can be used to reduce the risk of using human detection of exposure to hazardous gases. The robot components used in this study were Arduino single-chip microcontrollers, equipped with motors, WiFi, and gas detection modules, and used Arduino IDE (Integrated Development Environment) and MIT App Inventor 2 for Arduino programming and Android mobile phone App writing.Realize an Arduino gas detection robot for fire disaster relief. Remote control robots provided by the mobile App provide firefighters with more resources to facilitate disaster relief. The research results show that the process of robot remote control is very smooth, and the general direction of the leak source can be known by detecting the concentration level. When the gas concentration exceeds the set value, warning lights and buzzer can remind the nearby personnel to pay attention to safety. Wireless cameras monitor the current environment and find leaks more easily, which can effectively help disaster relief personnel obtain disaster information in a safer situation.
