Consider the actual processing methods, parts feature and other appropriate conditions. Use the Computer Aided Design(CAD) software SolidWorks, for the required parts. Development of 3D modeling and check that there is no malfunction between each parts in the mechanism. Acting according to the design requirements.Started development and production of mechanism after finish the mechanism design. At the same time, drawing the 2D drawings with AutoCAD. Comments the size and the dimensional tolerance, edit the BOM list, manufacturer the parts from the factory. The parts need to test the function when assemble all parts. Adjust and test. Make sure the mechanism functions and safety though the dimensional tolerance and remodify. The machine's performance satisfies this study requires and functional design conditions, achieve automation of packaging actions in the end.
