However, it has not been able to prevent the ongoing personnel from retiring and recruiting new recruits, resulting in shortage of military personnel. With the changes of the times, the conditions for the military to relax, especially the efforts of the National Army to promote organizational change in recent years, with the needs of social development, the implementation of political party election politics and the amendment of the Legislative Yuan, the Taiwan military service system from the "conscription", "recruitment" After the development of the legal system of "recruiting the military recruiters", the military service reforms in the recruitment and parallel manner were completed and the ultimate goal of the full-time recruitment system was reached year by year. This is the reform of the military service system in Taiwan's national defense history. In academic research, the military’s intention to enter the military is less discussed. In order to retain outstanding talents, it is very important to discuss their willingness to stay in the camp. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the tendency of active military officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers to stay in camps for active duty. The research target is the military personnel currently serving in the Air Force's Pingtung Base. Through the design of questionnaires starting with the discussion of the questionnaire, the first phase of personnel recruitment specialist interviews and the second phase of the establishment of hierarchical classification of factors to establish the AHP hierarchical structure, and design the final questionnaire for AHP analysis. The results of this study found that the active military servicemen at the Pingtung Air Force Base in this case had retained the top three considerations in terms of economic sources, withdrawal mechanism, and salary treatment. Therefore, when the government plans to retain military personnel in active service or fails to implement the recruitment of the National Armed Forces, these important factors can be used as a supporting reference. In recent years, the Ministry of National Defense’s policy for recruiting troops has undergone great changes.
