For a long time, the footwear industry has gone from bad to worse in the case of improper policies and industry shifts. The formation of cluster imbalance and technical faults, so that the manufacturing industry, the inheritance of the inheritance and the successor of the active industry, is difficult to develop technology. In today's era of knowledge economy, the shoe industry has evolved from the early foundry model to the design of OEM, and continues to enter the original brand production process. Especially in the fashion industry, the footwear industry is a part of the light industry. In view of this, this study explores the design and development of the ladies' shoes, and through the interview method and the teacher's long-term dialogue, guidance and practical design operation, the actual mold proofing output carcass, playing the system to make shoes and Levels are released from the 35th to the 38th, and the user's test is carried out with the same shoe size of 5 cm and conversion change plus 7 cm of high-heeled shoes. The test is conducted by 60 female subjects.
