Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 觀光與餐旅管理研究所 === 106 === Recently, Taiwan has been blowing a specialty coffee trend and more and more specialty coffee shops established. Accordingly baristas are the key factors and assets for speciality coffee shops to stand the fierce competition. How to keep baristas and make them willing to share knowledge becomes the real issues.
As a result, the research aims to investigate the relationships among organizaion commitament、work passion and knowledge sharing. The research, by collectting on-line questionnaires on professional barista fb sites and utilizing data analysis techniques such as descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson product-moment correlations and Regression Analysis, showed that there are significant differences among different demographic baristas in the " organizaion commitament " and " work passion ". Also higher organizaion commitament can lead to higher degree of knowledge, which is carried out through work passion. Finally managerial implications and suggestions for further researches are presented.
