The enterprise expands have to consider the internal training quality execution ability and accuracy, Internal certification training system has become an indispensable factor in enterprise scaling. when the internal certification system is more complete, it will be able to bring more substantial effect for the enterprise, thus to enhance the quality of enterprise. This research technique was by the questionnaire, altogether has sent primarily out 500 questionnaires, the effective questionnaire was 500. The research group confine includes13 in the Kaohsiung area, 2 in the Tainan area, and 1 of each in Yunlin, Taitung, and Hualien, a total of 18 branches within Taiwan. The purpose of this questionnaire is to see if the analysis is consistent with the hypothesis. The study used the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) to perform descriptive analysis of samples and correlation coefficient analysis between variables, and then employees with different background variables difference of internal authentication quality. Finally, the research hypothesis confirms the truth of the hypothesis on internal certification quality effects with regard to organizational citizenship behavior and organizational identity. Based on the result of this survey, there were six conclusions as follows: 1. Employees with different background variables have significant differences in internal certification quality 2. Employees with different background variables have significant differences in organizational citizenship behavior 3. Employees with different background variables have significant differences in organizational identity. 4. Significant correlation between internal certification quality and organizational citizenship behavior 5. Significant correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational identity 6. Significant correlation between internal certification quality and organizational identity According to the above research results, proposed in the practical management suggestions and follow-up research suggestions, expected the help enterprise devotes to their internal audit quality, makes the high efficiency and the user-friendly enterprise organizes, and to create a win-win situation for both employers and employees.
