Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 106 === This thesis investigates the mechanical properties of different aging heat treatment A6061 aluminum alloy (T4, T5 and T6) under different strain rates. The Material Testing System(MTS) and Split-Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) are using in the study to test different strain rate of specimens from 1x10-1s-1 to 4500s-1, The mechanical properties and surface structure analysis of the test piece were carried out.
The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of A6061 aluminum alloy are very different under different strain rate tests, and the mechanical properties of A6061-T6 are the best. Under the same temperature conditions, the strain rate sensitivity coefficient and plastic flow stress of the three aluminum alloys are increased with increasing strain rate. Form the microstructural analysis, the grain size of specimens are became small with increasing strain rate.
