Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 106 === Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations are performed to investigate the mechanical properties of Cu/Zr multilayer nanofilms (MNFs) during the tensile and compression tests. The results show that slip behavior is observed in the tensile test and the phase transformation process is observed in the compression test. The slip behavior only occurs with the Cu film during the tensile test and the phase transformation process only occurs on the Zr film during the compression test. In addition, the effects of multilayer, temperature, and different growth orientations are also discussed.
