The model is used SmartPLS 3.0 in order to analyze the data based on 449 usable questionnaires. The results show that perceived enjoyment has a positive effect on the continuance usage intention of MIM, while emotional exhaustion has a negative effect. The perceived enjoyment is influenced by entertainment, information, identification, and social interaction ties. In addition, the emotional exhaustion is influenced by information overload and communication overload. Research contributions help managers creating better management.
