Its production scale is expanding and the development of process models is changing with each passing day. The different demands from quantity products to customization have tested how to bring the greatest operational benefits from production management. Each process station has an independent standard operating procedure (SOP) specification. However, some of the established operating procedures are out of date. Therefore, by studying relevant management methods, this thesis can re-examine or change the working methods of related production lines to make them more sophisticated. This thesis applies the maintenance, management and operation (MRO) method combined with the VBA program and expects to bring practical effects and benefits. In the manufacturing process, it can effectively reduce waste and achieve the desired goal. Due to the indirect materials used in the production line, a variety of wafers are designed according to the performance requirements. In order to meet the consumer market, the corresponding indirect material management will be more and more diversified. It is wasting storage space and necessary to invest extra manpower and carry out the material management operations in the line. It is not only inefficient, but also a waste of cost. After the introduction of the maintenance, management and operation methods of this thesis, the proportion of silver plastic scrapped decreased from 37.4% to 6.09%, the scrapped growth decreased to 89.8%. The actual savings were about NT$180,000. The nozzles were drastically reduced by more than 80% and the amount of materials picked up was about NT$140,000.
