In addition,Low size copper particles are successfully synthesized with the microwave assisted method. The nano-copper particles were characterized by cryo-transmission electron microscope (cryo-TEM) field emission gun scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), absorption peaks in UV-visible spectra (UV-Vis), Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA) and multi-function X-ray diffractiometer (XRD), respectively. According to the X-ray diffraction, neat copper nanoparticle were successfully synthesized in this study via chemical reduction assisted with microwave process. In addition, TEM and SEM images of copper nanoparticles demonstrate narrow size dispersion of about 2-5 nm in diameter. The range of the absorption wavelengthof copper nanoparticles were between 200-280 nm according to UV-Vis spectroscopy. When the particle sizes were smaller, the UV spectra demonstrated a blue shift. The TEM images of copper particle confirm that particles have melting behavior at temperatures below regular Tm during TEM image construction. The EDS images reveal the copper nanoparticle arepretty pure and stable. The TGA thermogram of copper nanoparticles could withstand temperatures ashigh as 200 °C under ambient condition without oxidation Keyword:Copper, Nano, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Microwave Assist, Stabilizer HO, KO-SHAN 何國賢 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 75 zh-TW |

The TGA thermogram of copper nanoparticles could withstand temperatures ashigh as 200 °C under ambient condition without oxidation
