The research found that the electric operation were not comprehensive. E-commerce Technology and Internal operating system of the company cannot be fully incorporated. Thus the system interface may result an invalid order job.
The TRIZ theory explored the order process from customer C. Then I propose the improving plans for its operations, and help them use optimization processes to increase productivity and reduce time waste.
Comparing the benefits of the EXCEL software automation to its Original system, we evaluate the possibility of integration both internal and external systems. Analyzing the impact of manual and automatic methods on the efficiency of internal operations to improve the company's order work process and the overall operating efficiency. The research found that in the internal structure of the organization, order information control will be the potential factor that could make a biggest problem in Electronic companies is not fully integrated. And the increase in the cost of order operations is the second problem.
