Description
Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 106 === This thesis applies the ASSURE model teaching approach in the research on the creation of digital teaching materials for the prevention of sexual assault and sexual harassment (SAASH). The design of the course will focus on the learners to improve their learning effectiveness and to achieve the objective of improving their self-protection capabilities pertaining to SAASH. Based on the need to strengthen the education of learners on SAASH, and the statistics on the current situation regarding SAASH as presented in the incident reporting in schools, the ASSURE model is used to design the course materials for prevention of SAASH. This involves six stages, namely: analysing learners, stating objectives, selecting methods, media and materials, utilising media and materials, requiring learners’ participation, and evaluating and revising the course. These are used to understand the learning problems of the learners, and then adjust the teaching content and method accordingly so as to achieve the best learning effectiveness. The digital teaching materials to be developed as discussed in this paper shall be adopted in junior high schools, and the research results can be offered to the respective junior high school teachers for use as reference materials in conducting their course on the prevention of SAASH. This is to improve the quality of such courses and to achieve the objective of reducing the number of cases of SAASH in schools.
