It has become a convenient and economical for data exchange channel in the data communication between organizations. Practically, the VPN system provides a secure transmission function for data transmission between various intranets through the Internet. The main technology of the VPN system focuses on encrypting transmission data so as to avoid disclosure of data content on the public network. With the increasing popularity of mobile services, staff on business generally needs to query the related enterprise information including check the product prices and the progress of work through the VPN system. In other words, the users of the VPN service are not only diversified, but also variable of the use of the Internet. VPN services were customized due to the reason of security concerns integrating with architecture of intranets. According, the present study uses an open source VPN tool to establish VPN remote connection services which assists users in implementing multi-functional services of e-office by incorporating the function of identity authentication and information encryption. Experiment results show that the VPN system can provide a secure network channel with identity verification and information encryption mechanism to prevent data leaking or being tampered with on the public network that improves the security of information communication for enterprises.
