The life and business support services in the property management services provide property agency, consulting industry, transaction management and property. Life services, lifestyle products and business support are the most close to the lives of the residents, and can even be combined with the needs of the elderly. This is especially true for rural areas where the elderly are particularly severe, so there are projects and payment for rural property management services. Willing to discuss. This study selected five rural communities in North, Central and South Taiwan. The interviews were conducted to obtain the views of local organizations on the development of property management in rural communities. The questionnaires were used to conduct surveys in rural communities and statistical analysis was conducted. First, through the basic narrative statistics to understand the attributes of respondents and the degree of demand for property management services. Second, cross-analyze the different age groups and property management services. Finally, carry out regression analysis on the property management service items and the personal attributes of the respondents. The main findings are as follows: 1. The problem of aging of rural communities and rural organizations is serious. The current property management services projects are mainly related to health: 2. The characteristics and scale of rural communities and the acceptance of property management by residents of different ages. The willingness to pay varies, and the young are more likely to accept the service model of property management than the elderly, and have a higher willingness to pay, and are willing to pay for the elderly in the home to obtain services. Characteristics of the demand for property management services in rural communities will be further integrated as a reference for future property management companies and related service providers.
