Most of them discuss the relationship between work stress and job performance, supervisory leadership mode, stress sources, and marital relationships, but they are related to police spouse's perception of police pressure. In order to understand the police spouse's view on the source of police pressure, the purpose of this study is to explore the awareness of the source of police pressure in the grassroots police spouse in Taoyuan City. This study used a questionnaire survey method to issue 320 questionnaires to each of the grassroots police and their spouses in Taoyuan City. There were 287 copies of the grassroots police questionnaires, 273 valid copies, 85.3% of the effective questionnaires, 275 copies of the police spouse questionnaire, 258 valid copies, and an effective questionnaire recovery rate of 80.6%. Questionnaire responses were analyzed by means of mean difference analysis and single factor analysis. The results of this study show that there is a significant difference in the perception of the source of police stress between the grassroots field police and their spouses in Taoyuan City, and there is a significant difference in the perception of the source of police stress among the police spouses of different backgrounds.
