A questionnaire survey is taken from classroom teachers of national elementary schools in Taoyuan city, and data are collected in the academic year 105. Then, data are analyzed by the basic descriptive statistic method, single sample t-test, several independent samples t-test, single factor analysis, and other related statistical methods. The results of this empirical study are as follows: 1. Classroom teachers have the good understanding in positive discipline. 2. The performance of the effectiveness of class management is very well for all classroom teachers. 3. For positive discipline, there are different performances for different ages among classroom teachers, and senior teachers have better performance than young teachers. 4. For positive discipline, the performance is different for the size of elementary schools, and teachers from the medium size of schools are better than those from the large and small sizes of schools. 5. For the effectiveness of class management, senor teachers perform better than young teachers. 6. For the effectiveness of class management, lower grade teachers perform better than middle and senior grade teachers. 7. The effectiveness of class management is influenced by the different sizes of schools, and teachers from the medium size of schools perform better than those from the large and small sizes of schools. Finally, the above findings in this study can be referred to some educational authorities, teachers, and related research in the future. 楊明宗 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 96 zh-TW
