With its advantage of social presence, it may be helpful for enhancing satisfaction of administrative communication and improving the efficiency of it. This study focused on the use of LINE for the administrative communication among the administrators. Qualitative research data and related information were collected through semistructured interviews. The study is to understand whether the LINE characteristics can overcome the administrative communication barriers and help the communication among administrators. The study is also to understand the problem and satisfaction with LINE as administrative communication media and possible limitations. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. LINE is a communication media with high richness. 2.LINE used in administrative communication can improve the efficiency of communication, saving time, effort and money. 3.LINE provides social presence mode of communication, and performs a better way of communication. 4.LINE helps reinforce the relationship between the administrators, and bring them closer. 5.Using LINE to communicate can breakthrough traditional barriers of administrative communication. 6.The advantages and disadvantages of six types of the commonly used administrative communication media are listed, the administrators can choose expediently depending on their needs. 7.LINE as an administrative communication media is still inadequate, therefore, other additional communication media may be needed.
