Reputation of the manufacturer: The enterprise, the work content, the incentive measures, the working environment and the salary system of the enterprises involved in the recruitment activities are the focus of the public. 6. Government cooperation: The recruitment activities handled by the public sector are a way to find jobs easily and provide more work choices and quick mediation. Recruitment activity is a channel that provides complete and credible, correct, safe and reliable job opportunities, enabling job seekers to have more control over their choice of work, and easier interaction and liaison with companies. According to the findings-suggestions,including: 1.
