They put forward strong demands for "Taiwanese sign language to be included in the national language.", and strongly expressed the importance of natural sign language preservation. The government has explicitly stipulated that all municipalities and counties (cities) governments should set up a sign-up language translation to provide services for deaf people. Different units have begun to notice and provide one after another. Different services, such as remote video, TV translation, etc. However, information presentation methods and information reception are still insufficient and unequal. This study examines the communication needs of deaf people in society and analyzes the status of deaf people's disequilibrium in receiving Information, and adopts a qualitative study of “observed case study methods”. After selecting topics, shooting films, and post-production content, converting text information into sign language visual communication methods, selecting specific groups for research, observations, sign language interviews, and video recordings. Two phases analyze the sign language visual communication design and discuss the actual use of the situation, and use the triangulation test to verify the reliability and validity. The biggest obstacle for deaf students in learning is the inability to receive them on an equal footing, which limits their learning. Sign language is a tool for deaf people to communicate, learn and receive information. The use of sign language for visual communication will improve the deaf person. In order to receive information, Taiwan's sign language version of the visual communication platform should be established to facilitate learning and communication, and to accelerate popularization and popularization.
