The research conclusions could provide Kinmen National Park feasible suggestions for future developments and service designs. This research targeted the tourists who visited Kinmen National Park and the tourists were invited to complete the questionnaires. We retrieved valid responses of 410 copies; later, we applied regression analysis to analyze the collected data. The results revealed that the perception of accessibility has positive influences on their overall satisfaction and perception of usefulness also led to higher satisfaction.
