碩士 === 國立金門大學 === 閩南文化研究所 === 106 === This research aims at manifesting the content and form of art intervention in community by way of comparing Panshan and Bishan, two communities in Kinmen. With rich journal reports, on site observation, direct participation, and intensive interview, the author finds that the socio-cultural connection with the community stands critically as the central explication for the different development of the two cases. While the connection is well embedded with the community, not only the team can have better interaction with the residents of the community, but also the cultural characters can be better represented in their work, and sustain much longer. The way to define the “connection”, which presents the art intervention in community, concludes the start point of project, the power of young generation, the forms of community relationship, the interaction of art and local cultural, the new life style with alternative spaces, the factors of cultural and economic tourism.
