By using purposive sampling survey method, a total of 350 questionnaires were sent out, and 300 of them were valid.Afterwards conduct data analysis and collation by method of reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis. The research found that, (1)“neuroticism”had a significant positive influence on all aspects of work stress;The characteristics of openness and extroversion have significant effects on the“work load of work pressure”and“family stress”. (2)“Family stress”and “the sense of profession achievement stress”have notably effects on Professional Career Commitment's Career input and the desire to remain. (3)“Agreeableness”and“Openness”have significant effects on Professional Career Commitment's Career input and the desire to remain;(4) also there is a obvious difference of personality Traits between the“gender”,“age”and “whether or not is currently a special tour leader”;On the other hand there were significant differences in job stress between“age”,“marriage”,“education background”,“average monthly income”and“whether or not is a special tour leader”.
