In this study, we use the stepper motor measurement system developed by our team to measure the radiation angles. The aluminum foil is used to cover the grating region at different positions to observe radiation efficiency versus radiated angles. We explore the position of fiber gratings, Moreover, we verify that the discontinuous interface between grating region and non-grating region causes radiated angles of 41.4° and 133.2°.
