Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 電機工程學系 === 106 === In recent years, Industry 4.0, initiated by Germany, has gradually developed popular the world. Industry 4.0 includes several applications, such as: virtual and integrated systems, intelligent robots and machinery, industrial virtualization/automation, big data analysis, and so on. In this thesis, we used the FACTORY I/O virtual factory production line combined with Siemens S7-1500 PLC, to study the operation of virtual-reality integration system and industrial virtualization/automation. We can use 3D technology to visualize the interaction between the field and the machine before mass production. The simulation allows each process to be simulated and confirmed in the virtual environment first, which means the final preparation has been completed, and then the required software and parameters are uploaded to the production line machine that controls the mass production, indicating that the production line is complete. Here, we take two exams of the electromechanical integration and automation control in the C-level as an example to carry out the operation of industrial virtualization/automation of virtual and real integration.
