The study included 380 senior high school students enrolled in Kaohsiung City in the 2017 academic year who had participated experiential activities in "Youth Adventure School, Kaohsiung Education Bureau". Use the "Adventure Education Self-Efficacy Scale" to collect data, and analyze it by SPSS 25.0 for Windows to understand the influence of self-efficacy on senior high school students'' experiences after adventure education activities and the difference in the impact of high school students with different backgrounds and participation levels. Based on the results of this study, school educators recommended: 1. To develop students'' good exercise habits. Secondly, provide diversified sports courses to cultivate students'' professional knowledge of sports; Exploring and developing curriculum suggestions for Adventure Education Experience Activity Course Planning: First, focus on different types of activities and emphasize different skills. Second, based on experiential learning theory, create a peak experience for participants. The third is to enrich teachers, hardware and software facilities, and improve teaching energy.
