Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 106 === The purpose of this research is to understand the current situation of the influence of junior high school teacher’s occupation and family life on life satisfaction, analyze the differences in terms of occupation, family life, and life satisfaction among teachers with different background and further discuss the correlation between teacher’s occupation, family life, and life satisfaction. This study adopted the questionnaire method and selected the middle school teachers in Fong Siang Junior High School as subjects. A total of 40 valid questionnaires were collected. Collected data then underwent statistical analyses using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. Based on the final study found that access to the following conclusions: 1.The level of “occupation” for the teachers in Fong Siang Junior High School is moderate. 2.The level of “family life” for the teachers in Fong Siang Junior High School is moderate. 3.The accommodation of male teachers in “occupation” and “family life” is obvious difference than the female teachers. 4.Teachers who are supervisors have lower degree in the level of “family life”. 5.The level of “life satisfaction” for the teachers in Fong Siang Junior High School is moderate. 6.The level of “life satisfaction” for the substitute teachers is the lowest. 7.“Family life” and “life satisfaction” for the teachers in Fong Siang Junior High School have a moderately positive correlation with each other. According to the results of research, the researcher offered a few concrete suggestions for the authorities, teachers to improve, and also for the succeeding researchers to refer.
