| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 企業管理學系 === 106 === This study was conducted to explore the factors influencing the safety behavior of workers of Khang Viet Investment Construction Trading Corporation. There are 3 factors found to be positively influencing the safety behavior of worker of Khang Viet Corporation. The factors are (1) Technical safety intervention, (2) Safety rules and procedures, (3) Safety promotion policies. It is found that the factor “Safety Promotion Policies” (Standardized Beta = 0.635) have the highest influence on the Safety behavior of workers, followed by “Technical Safety Intervention” (Standardized Beta = .0391) and “Safety Rules and Procedures” (Standardized Beta = 0.222). With the findings of this study, the author proposes several suggestions to improve the safety behavior of workers in the corporation.
