碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業管理學系 === 106 === This study investigated the relationship of demographic factors and retention will-ingness for the voluntary service soldiers.Questionnaires were analyzed to a useable sample of 120 from the military transport personnel.It adopted SPSS software to con-duct statistical analyses, such as the Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Inde-pendent-Sample t Test and One-way ANOVA. The results showed that the independent variable as age,there had significant influ-ence on the work environment, job satisfaction and self-fulfillment.It is obvious that there is a considerable impact on the overall aspect of the retention willing-ness.Academic qualification had significant influence on the work environment, job sat-isfaction and self-fulfillment, especially for volunteers are “college” and “high school or below”.Annual household income had significant influence on the work environment and self-fulfillment, but there is no significant difference in job satisfaction. According to the research results, it proposed relevant suggestions as the reference for the future reachers.
