The results showed that the independent variable as age,there had significant influ-ence on the work environment, job satisfaction and self-fulfillment.It is obvious that there is a considerable impact on the overall aspect of the retention willing-ness.Academic qualification had significant influence on the work environment, job sat-isfaction and self-fulfillment, especially for volunteers are “college” and “high school or below”.Annual household income had significant influence on the work environment and self-fulfillment, but there is no significant difference in job satisfaction.
