In order to understand the relationship between family factors and music education, the main purpose of this study is to explore the parental background of music classroom’s students affecting parental education beliefs, parents' educational beliefs and their parental attitudes and off-campus tutoring experience, and the effectiveness of music learning. This study used a questionnaire survey method, and collected data by using the Google Drive tool combined with the LINE application. Through the assistance of friends, colleagues and the APP, data collection is more convenient and data recovery rate has been improved by using the APP. Use the LINE APP to implement the research frameworks, such as "Parental Education Belief", "Parental Attitude", "Out-of-School Tutoring Experience" and "Music Learning Effectiveness", to explore the educational intentions of the parents in the context of the family education in the music education. Questionnaires were used to perform data analysis using statistical software SPSS 22.0. The study result can show the composition of the background of respondents’ family. Through this result, the direction of the management and operation of the music tutor can be provided. For example, the professional (such as doctors and lawyers) can be targeted at students with high maternal or academic qualifications. Publicity can also provide preferential programs for families with a large number of children in the family. By using the research on the composition variables of a music tutoring class, it is possible to lock down specific customers and improve the effectiveness of the publicity. According to the relationship between the various facets in the study, the study results for parents who want to make their children be involved in music can be provided as a reference in the future. It is suggested that in the future, when studying music tutoring related topics, students' tutoring experience and learning effectiveness can be explored for different music learning projects, several music tutoring classes, and students with scattered age. By this way, more complete student tutoring experience and music learning effectiveness data can be collected; and thus, the study results will be more comprehensive and generalized.
