To fulfill the customer comfort, safety and cleaning environment, we need to rely on Security, Cleaning and Electromechanical to maintain and manages let’s facilities and equipment safety. However, the good environment is relying on high quality Facility management, therefore in this study, we are discovering the key of the department store management. After discovering the key to the department store management area; Security management, Cleaning management and Electromechanical management, each element have 5 points total 15 key points.  In this study, we use the literature review method and the AHP hierarchy analysis method to define the three indicators of the key factors of the department store management service demand, and design the AHP questionnaire and analyze the hierarchy process Hierarchy Process (AHP), respectively, to calculate the weight of the three facets and fifteen sub-items, coupled with the results of the analysis, you can determine the department store management services, the key factors in which the proportion of service management accounted for the highest proportion. The conclusion of the study shows that the three dimensions of the key factors for the measurement of the key requirements of department store management service are the most important (weight 0.594) of electromechanical service management, and in the 15th sub- Fire protection and operation (weight 0.230) is the highest, on short, in the crowds of department store, encountered and emergency, the maintenance of fire equipment is an indispensable part, followed by the auxiliary elements.
