However, the liveliness of outbound travel has impacted the interests of local travel market. In this article, we offer suggestions to face the situation of the domestic travel market by analizing the qulity of tourism in Kenting area which is attracting countless tourists worldwide every year.Questionnaire was developed as an instrument for collecting information on the tourists’ satisfaction of the tourism quality, and then Importance-Performance Analysis （IPA） is applied as the research tool to derive our results and recommendations.
