The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of workplace fatigue on the stress of work in private university faculty.And study whether organizational leadership has an intermediary impact.Sampled and distributed by a faculty member of a private science and technology university.A total of 211 questionnaires.
The results show that organizational leaders are concerned about work stress Showing a very significant negative correlation,( Correlation coefficient -.209. p value .002 ) and this situation is shown in compassionate leadership Workplace fatigue on work stress Significant positive impact Workplace fatigue on work stress join the organization leader in the middle Found significant improvement explain the variation ( p value .004**-.000*** )Representing workplace fatigue and work stress at faculty at private technology universities Under the leadership of the organization the mediation effect is very significant.
