Summary: | 碩士 === 弘光科技大學 === 護理研究所 === 106 === Human papillomavirus is a double-stranded DNA filter virus that causes infection and pathological changes in the human anus and genital tract mucosa. The fourth most common cancer in women worldwide is cervical cancer, ranking seventh in the world for cancer. With the development and marketing of the new Gardasil 9 human papillomavirus vaccine, clinical nurses play an important role in recommending people and preventing diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the intentions and related factors of nursing staff to inoculate human papillomavirus vaccine. In this study, the quantitative cross-sectional study design uses the health belief model as the theoretical framework, and the QR code online questionnaire was issued. The 701 in-service clinical nursing staff were randomly sampled, and the effective recovery rate was about 93%. The data was established using SPSS22.0. Statistical analysis, the results show that: (1) the overall average score of the subject's knowledge scale is 15.01±3.45 points, and the relevant knowledge is insufficiently recognized; (2) 640 (91.3%) have the willingness to vaccinate freely, and 464 are more than the self-funded vaccination. (66.2%); the average price at the expense of self-funded is NT$6,400. (3) Factors affecting the willingness to vaccinate HPV vaccine at their own expense are: "age", "service department", "feeling the possibility of HPV-related diseases in patients", "feeling the benefits of HPV vaccination", "feeling HPV vaccination" The obstacles, "self-efficacy of disease prevention behavior", "in the action cues that promote HPV vaccination." (4) The relevant factors affecting the willingness to vaccinate HPV vaccines are: "age", "average family monthly income", "whether there are patients who have taken care of cervical cancer", "whether there are relatives and friends who have been infected with human papillomavirus" "Is there any relatives and friends who have had cervical cancer?" "Have you ever heard of HPV or HPV?" "HPV vaccine-related knowledge"; "Feel the severity of HPV-related diseases", "Feeling The benefits of HPV vaccination, "feeling the barriers to HPV vaccination", "have not used any self-funded vaccines in the past." According to the above results, schools and medical related units can be provided to understand the factors affecting the nursing staff's vaccination against human papilloma virus for the purpose of exclusion, and to encourage the provision of HPV-related knowledge and information, which will help promote the popularization of human vaccination against human papilloma virus.
