Summary:碩士 === 修平科技大學 === 人力資源管理與發展碩士班 === 106 === The Purpose of this study is to explore the Personality Traits of security personnel and the Social Support for the status and relevance of Job Satisfaction and retention. This study was carried out quantitatively and collected the opinions of security personnel through questionnaire survey. This sample employs employees who currently work for security service work. A total of 300 paper-based questionnaires were distributed and electronic questionnaires were used. 300 paper-based questionnaires were recovered. 238 electronic questionnaires were returned, with a total of 538 copies, of which valid questionnaires were 474 copies. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 79%. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Personality Traits have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 2. Social Support has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. 3. Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Survival Wish.
